The “Drunk” hen
Ingredients: one hen, aromatic wine, sage, rosemary, garlic, tomato sauce, carrots, salt, pepper, chili pepper, baking paper.
Method:
Cut the hen into pieces and put them in pan with some aromatic wine for at least 8 hours and leave it there to marinate.
Fill a pan with abundant oil, then a bit of salt, some pepper, some chili pepper, 3 pieces of garlic. Put it to cook and add some chopped carrots.
Add the hen and then cook for 10-15 minutes.
Add a lot of sage, rosemary , tomato sauce and in the end a lot of aromatic wine to cover all the hen.
Cover the hen with wet baking paper and cover the pan and leave it to cook for 3 hours.
